Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant at Talent Solutions Group, you will be at the forefront of connecting skilled candidates with our valued clients. You will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition to understand client needs and cultivate strong relationships with candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with recruitment outcomes.
  • Notify candidates about job openings and guide them through the application process.
  • Evaluate candidate resumes and portfolios to align with client requirements.
  • Host recruitment events and job fairs to promote employment opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant qualification in HR or Psychology is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment consultant role
