Responsibilities

• Assess clients' physical, emotional, and social needs through detailed evaluations.
• Design and implement therapy interventions in accordance with professional guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs.
• Advocate for client needs within the healthcare system.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies and lifestyle changes.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Document therapy sessions and adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Specialization in pediatrics or geriatrics is preferred

Experience

• At least 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting
