Job Description

The Resident Intern will play a vital role in assisting various tasks within our healthcare team. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for learning.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating patient conditions.
  • Take vital signs and record patient information accurately.
  • Provide direct patient care and assist in medical procedures.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Support the distribution of educational materials to patients and their families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop an understanding of basic accounting principles related to healthcare.
  • Help in organizing community outreach programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Currently pursuing a relevant qualification in healthcare or business administration.
Experience
