Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and will be instrumental in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project timelines.
• Oversee project budgets and report on variances.
• Implement project management best practices.
• Prepare documentation for projects including risk assessments.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
• Facilitate training and onboarding for project team members.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and reports.
• Evaluate project outcomes and identify lessons learned.
• Work with management to improve project delivery processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of project management experience in a technical environment

• Agile and Scrum Methodologies
• Budget Management

Certifications

• Certified Agile Project Manager
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages
