Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager to oversee and enhance HR practices within our Pretoria office. The successful candidate will spearhead various HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring we have a motivated workforce that drives our mission forward.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment efforts for various roles within the organization.
  • Ensure efficient onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Manage employee relations and communication between team members and management.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to develop necessary skills.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to improve retention.
  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies.
  • Support management with defining and evaluating performance metrics.
  • Manage HR budgets and oversee spending.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide actionable feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Advanced degree in HR Management is preferred
