Site Reliability Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to support our development and operations teams in ensuring system reliability across our cloud platforms. As part of your role, you will implement monitoring and alerting strategies, perform root cause analysis, and optimize systems for performance and cost. If your experience includes working with various cloud services and understanding service-level objectives, you may be a perfect fit for our company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate large-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Create and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts.
• Enhance the reliability of our services through automation and performance tuning.
• Work with developers to incorporate observability and logging practices.
• Prepare and conduct incident response & recovery drills.
• Evaluate new technologies that can enhance reliability.
• Collaborate on cross-functional agile teams to deliver best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SRE or DevOps role

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

• Experience implementing security best practices: Knowledge of industry standards for network and application security.
