Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, experience in overseeing construction timelines, and a commitment to delivering on budget.

Responsibilities

• Utilize project management software to track progress.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders and management on project status.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Review and approve completed work before final acceptance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality.
• Assist in hiring and training project team members.
• Ensure all project components are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement.
• Promote a safe working environment and compliance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of comprehensive experience in project management
