Architect (Residential/Commercial)

Job Description

Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to contribute to a variety of projects. This role includes managing the full project lifecycle, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders, and incorporating sustainable practices into designs.

Responsibilities

• Draft and design architectural plans for various building types.
• Support clients with regulatory compliance throughout the project.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic design solutions.
• Provide technical advice on design feasibility.
• Engage in community outreach to assess client needs.
• Prepare and manage presentations for project stakeholders.
• Execute thorough project documentation and reporting.
• Adapt designs based on feedback from clients and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify potential project challenges and develop solutions.
• Ensure sustainability is integrated into all aspects of design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Specialized training in sustainable design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years working on residential and commercial architecture

• Building Codes

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional
• Certified Arborist

Languages

• English: Fluent
