As the HR Manager, you will work closely with management to develop HR initiatives that align with our business goals. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, training and development, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. We're looking for a proactive individual passionate about enhancing employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop talent acquisition plans.
• Enhance HR communications and employee relations initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and strategies.
• Coordinate diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote an equitable workplace.
• Prepare reports on HR metrics and management of workforce analytics.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related role
