We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to showcase the best of Durban's cultural and natural attractions. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for leading small groups, sharing insights about local history, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

• Provide local insights into customs, traditions, and attractions.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations during tours.
• Collect feedback from guests to enhance future tours.

• Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Travel and Tourism or related field
• Hospitality Management certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in tour guiding or related roles

Technical Skills

• Public speaking skills
• Knowledge of local attractions

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
