Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Promote a culture of excellent customer service among all staff.
• Ensure efficient operation of inventory management systems.
• Gather and analyze sales reports to inform management decisions.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company in the local community.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Retail Management or a similar field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in retail management

Advantageous
