• Welcome guests and guide them through the bowling center facilities.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Ensure customers have a great experience by providing friendly and efficient service.
• Keep the front desk area tidy and inviting.
• Assist with planning and executing special events at the bowling center.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain the inventory of merchandise and equipment rentals.
• Support team members in achieving company goals and customer satisfaction.

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Point of Sale (POS) systems Familiarity with operating POS systems for transactions.
• Cash Handling Expertise in handling cash and providing accurate change.
• Communication Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with customers.
• Customer Service Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork Ability to work effectively with a team to achieve common goals.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Experience in a bowling center or amusement park: Prior experience in a similar recreational environment would be beneficial.
• Marketing or sales experience: Experience in promoting services or products to customers.
