Job Description

As an Amusement and Recreation Attendant, you will be the face of our bowling center, greeting customers, managing lane reservations, and ensuring a delightful experience for all our guests. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a lively and enjoyable environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them through the bowling center facilities.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Ensure customers have a great experience by providing friendly and efficient service.
• Keep the front desk area tidy and inviting.
• Assist with planning and executing special events at the bowling center.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain the inventory of merchandise and equipment rentals.
• Support team members in achieving company goals and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or hospitality

Technical Skills

• Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Cash Handling

• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience in a bowling center or amusement park: Prior experience in a similar recreational environment would be beneficial.
