Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations and ensure operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to foster a culture of excellence.
• Strategize and implement programs to drive foot traffic and sales.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Analyze market conditions and consumer behavior to inform store offerings.
• Maintain a clean, inviting, and well-organized store environment.
• Address customer feedback and implement service improvements.
• Coordinate with upper management on sales forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or Business
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail management and sales
