Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers.
• Ensure documentation for shipments is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of the logistics process to identify inefficiencies.
• Train and mentor junior staff in logistics best practices.
• Assist in the implementation of new logistics technologies to improve processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar
• A Master's degree or MBA is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain
