Responsibilities

• Direct online marketing initiatives to capture new customers while retaining existing ones.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Work with IT to improve the online shopping platform's functionality.
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market.
• Manage budgets related to digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Create engaging content for email campaigns and social media.
• Train and develop the e-commerce team for optimal performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or online marketing
