Job Description

We are on the lookout for an E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategies in Durban. This role involves overseeing the management of the online store, optimizing the user experience, and driving sales growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations and a passion for enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the e-commerce team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market research to improve product offerings.

Requirements

Education
