Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with health regulations and enhancing our service delivery. You will play a key role in the coordination between various departments, working to improve healthcare processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage patient feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop efficient workflows.
  • Implement technology solutions for better patient management.
  • Ensure timely reporting of incidents and compliance with health policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or related field
  • Master's in Public Health is an advantage

  • 4+ years in a healthcare administration role
