Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, your key responsibility will be to manage and enhance the social media presence of our clients. You will strategize content, monitor social interactions, and work collaboratively with our marketing team to ensure brand consistency and voice.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute social media campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Craft compelling content that engages followers and drives web traffic.
  • Track social media performance through analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure alignment with brand voice and objectives.
  • Research current trends and adapt strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Utilize social media tools to schedule and automate posts.
  • Manage relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing ideas.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or similar field
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience managing social media platforms for brands
