Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Services Manager to oversee our IT support and administration teams in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing IT services, ensuring operational excellence, and driving team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead IT support initiatives and oversee the daily operations of the IT services department.
  • Coordinate vendor management and liaise with service providers for IT support services.
  • Ensure systems and processes are in place for efficient IT operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
