Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data, maintaining databases, and ensuring that information is both up-to-date and precise. This role is essential for our operational efficiency and requires strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized filing systems for data records.
  • Work with other departments to obtain and verify data.
  • Utilize software applications for data entry and database management.
  • Monitor and track data entry progress and report on issues.
  • Assist in training new staff on data entry processes.
  • Develop a keen understanding of the company’s data systems.
  • Support the team in achieving departmental targets.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in Office Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
