Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our vibrant healthcare team in Johannesburg. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exemplary patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate care efforts with fellow healthcare professionals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and make adjustments as needed.
  • Manage medical equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
  • Participate in team meetings and staff development activities.
  • Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
  • Utilize electronic health records effectively.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Encourage patients in adherence to care plans.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior nursing staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Nursing qualifications or certifications specific to the field are advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of nursing experience preferred
