Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Healthcare Administrator to manage our healthcare facility's daily operations in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative functions ensuring optimal patient flow and satisfaction.
  • Manage staff schedules and facilitate training initiatives to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Assist with financial management and budget oversight for the facility.
  • Improve workflow processes to enhance service delivery and patient care.
  • Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and administrative staff.
  • Develop strategies to improve patient engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure data accuracy in patient management systems.
  • Facilitate communication between departments for seamless operations.
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration or management role
