Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and implementing best practices that support our company's objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes when necessary.
  • Protect the interests of employees and the organization.
  • Prepare HR budgets and forecasts for compensation and benefits.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions.
  • Create and maintain HR documentation and reports.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial HR role
