Job Description

Join our team as a Learning and Development Officer, where you will design and implement training strategies to ensure employees meet their professional goals. This role involves assessing training needs, developing high-quality learning materials, and providing ongoing support to all staff.

Responsibilities

  • Identify training and development needs through weekly meetings with department leads.
  • Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning content.
  • Implement evaluation frameworks to ascertain training effectiveness.
  • Manage the training budget and report on training-related expenditures.
  • Work with external trainers and educational institutions to enhance training offerings.
  • Prepare and present training reports to senior management.
  • Ensure alignment of training initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Foster an engaging learning environment that promotes employee participation.
  • Conduct market research to find new and innovative training methods.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • PHD in Education or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development roles
