Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute internal communications.
  • Support financial record-keeping and bookkeeping.
  • Assist in the development of office policies.
  • Conduct research for special projects as needed.
  • Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Contribute to team meetings with administrative insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • National Diploma in Business Administration preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support roles
