Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive financial models.
• Perform variance analysis and explain discrepancies.
• Support management in strategic planning processes.
• Assist in month-end close activities.
• Analyze market trends and their impact on business.
• Implement process improvements for financial reporting.
• Provide training and support to junior analysts.
• Develop reports that track key performance indicators.
• Interface with external auditors during review processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or professional qualification (CFA, CIMA) is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or similar role
