Job Description

As a Case Worker in Pretoria, you'll play a crucial role in delivering support and resources to individuals and families in need. Your responsibilities will include assessing client needs, developing tailored care plans, and connecting clients with vital community resources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews to gather information for assessments.
• Design care strategies that promote client independence.
• Refer clients to additional services, such as mental health or addiction support.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans regularly.
• Engage in community outreach to promote awareness of available services.
• Attend relevant workshops and training sessions to enhance professional skills.
• Ensure all client interactions are conducted with empathy and respect.
• Utilize case management software to track client progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree in Social Work is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of direct social service experience
