Job Description

We are seeking a talented Account Manager based in Port Elizabeth to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure the successful onboarding of new accounts.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on service delivery and performance.
  • Analyze client data to inform account strategies.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews and identify areas for improvement.
  • Respond to client feedback and implement changes as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred
