We are seeking a talented Account Manager based in Port Elizabeth to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure the successful onboarding of new accounts.
• Provide regular updates to clients on service delivery and performance.
• Analyze client data to inform account strategies.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
• Conduct periodic business reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Respond to client feedback and implement changes as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in account management or related field
