Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand. Responsibilities

  • Manage customer expectations and provide updates on their inquiries.
  • Support team initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.

  • Engage in problem-solving to deliver effective solutions.
  • Help develop FAQs and support documentation.
