Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will coordinate the operations within our healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring adherence to regulations, and promoting a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
  • Manage budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Develop training programs for staff about healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Participate in healthcare planning and community outreach initiatives.
  • Evaluate staffing needs and recruitment processes.
  • Prepare reports for management on operational performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management
  • Master's degree in Public Health is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management roles
