SEO Specialist

Job Description

As an SEO Specialist at Innovative Marketing Solutions, you'll take charge of optimizing our clients' online presence to drive organic traffic. You’ll work closely with the content and development teams to implement effective SEO strategies, analyze website performance, and ensure high search engine rankings. The right candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and will have a keen understanding of the ever-evolving SEO landscape.

Responsibilities

• Create and update SEO documentation.
• Analyze competitors to identify openings for improvement.
• Advise on technical SEO implementations.
• Review analytics and report on key findings.
• Collaborate on content updates to improve SEO performance.
• Lead SEO training for junior team members.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush for performance tracking.
• Prepare and present monthly SEO performance reports to stakeholders.
• Instigate creative SEO campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Work closely with social media teams to support crossover efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, IT, etc.)
• Additional certifications in digital marketing or SEO are a plus

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in managing SEO campaigns

Technical Skills

• Keyword Research Tools (Moz, Ahrefs)
• Content Management Systems (CMS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
