Braze Operator

Job Description

As a Braze Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain brazing equipment to join metal parts. Your technical skills will ensure that the joined components meet high-quality engineering specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for brazing by setting parameters according to specifications.
• Monitor the brazing process and make adjustments as needed.
• Conduct final inspections of product quality before packaging.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for production runs and material usage.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve brazing techniques and materials.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Additional training in welding or metal fabrication is advantageous

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a Braze Operator or in a similar role

Languages

• English: Fluent
