Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction site in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is carried out safely, effectively, and in accordance with project specifications. This role involves coordinating staff, managing site activities, and liaising with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the construction site, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Monitor equipment and material usage to reduce waste and maintain budget.
• Facilitate problem-solving for any onsite challenges.
• Participate in project meetings to provide feedback and updates on site activities.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in construction work.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Building or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
