Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Durban. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and develop detailed work plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize delays.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment.
• Facilitate effective communication between all project teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in managing construction projects
