We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering design and project management, working on projects that enhance our community's infrastructure. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects from planning and design through construction.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress.
• Ensure all projects meet the necessary health and safety regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments.
• Utilize software to create and modify design documents as necessary.
• Facilitate communication between all stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
• Address any technical challenges that arise during project execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Relevant certifications in project management or construction management are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering roles

Technical Skills

• Civil 3D
• Microsoft Project

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer (C.Eng)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in GIS software: Experience utilizing Geographic Information Systems for project planning.
