Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• Sketch
• Figma
• HTML/CSS
• User Research Techniques

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)
• Interaction Design Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Accessibility Standards: Knowledge of WCAG and how to implement accessibility in design.
• Familiar with Agile Methodologies: Experience in working within an Agile development team.
