Join our Durban-based team as a Supply Chain Logistics Planner where you will focus on optimizing transport operations and managing end-to-end supply chain processes for improved efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain transport schedules to ensure efficiency.
• Conduct inventory assessments to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistics issues as they arise.
• Assist in budget preparation for logistics operations.
• Prepare reports for management on supply chain activities and costs.
• Implement sustainable practices within the supply chain.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding shipment status.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance overall supply chain effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Transport Management or relevant field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in logistics and supply chain roles
