Job Description

Responsibilities

• Effectively load and unload components from the coating machinery.
• Conduct inspections of coated products to evaluate quality.
• Adjust machine settings based on product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine processes.
• Document all production processes and results for quality assurance.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Maintain compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management of coating materials.
• Provide feedback on production challenges to supervisors.
• Participate in safety drills and training as required.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Relevant technical qualification preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering

Languages

• English: Fluent
