Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management and control procedures.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.

• Compile and report on sales figures to upper management.
• Recruit and train new staff to uphold store standards.
• Encourage feedback from customers to enhance service delivery.
• Manage financial transactions and cash handling.
• Participate in store meetings to discuss improvements and updates.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Diploma in Retail Management or related field preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of management experience in retail, preferably in a fast-paced environment
