Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Event Planner to join our vibrant team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating a wide range of events, from corporate gatherings to weddings. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of various events.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive event plans and budgets.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement creative ideas to enhance event themes and experiences.
  • Evaluate event feedback to improve future planning and execution.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Event Management or Hospitality
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in event planning or coordination

Certifications
  • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
