Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of hands-on mechanical engineering experience

Technical Skills

• CAD Software (AutoCAD, etc.)
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Time management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
