Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizing and executing various events, ranging from corporate functions to weddings. You will work closely with clients to transform their visions into reality, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of event planning from conception to execution.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop themes and branding for events.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials for events.
  • Conduct research on potential venues and suppliers.
  • Ensure that all events are hosted within the guidelines of the client’s budget and expectations.
  • Initiate and maintain communication with team members for effective collaboration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or hospitality
