Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the effective management of inventory. Your expertise will drive the efficiency of workflow processes while leading and motivating a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing team development.
• Ensure appropriate storage methods are utilized to minimize damage.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic goals.
• Assess equipment needs and manage maintenance schedules.
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of inventory levels.
• Balance workload among team members to maintain productivity.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment
