Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Field Researcher to contribute to our innovative projects in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will conduct research, gather data, and collaborate with various stakeholders to inform our research initiatives and drive project success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data collection efforts in diverse environments.
  • Provide training and supervision to junior researchers.
  • Engage with local communities to build research partnerships.
  • Facilitate workshops to disseminate research findings.
  • Continuously evaluate research strategies for effectiveness.
  • Ensure ethical standards are upheld during research.
  • Support project budgets and financial management related to field research.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Master's degree in Research Methodology or another relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of research experience with field work

  • Survey Design
  • Geographical Information Systems (GIS)

Languages
  • English: Fluent
