We are on the lookout for a skilled Construction Manager to lead our projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing budgets and schedules effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee various construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and track project expenditures.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
