Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Healthcare Administrator to lead our Johannesburg facility. Your primary responsibility will include managing administrative functions, improving service quality, and liaising with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions within the healthcare facility.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and feedback effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration
