Your expertise will drive successful recruitment campaigns, focusing on identifying the right candidates while fostering strong client partnerships. Your role will include managing job postings, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging job descriptions and advertise job openings across multiple platforms.
• Assess candidate qualifications by reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
• Negotiate employment offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates.
• Conduct market research to identify recruitment trends and competitive compensation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Psychology
• Master's degree is an added advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Certifications

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
