Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role with experience in technology products
