Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our customer support team, addressing technical queries and providing solutions efficiently. You will work closely with clients to understand their issues and offer tailored troubleshooting advice, ensuring a seamless experience with our products.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries.
  • Guide users through necessary troubleshooting steps.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure issue resolution.
  • Support product launches by providing training and assistance.
  • Identify patterns in customer issues and escalate as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in technical support
