Job Description

As a Real Estate Appraiser with our firm, you will be instrumental in performing property assessments, managing appraisal processes, and liaising with clients. This role requires attention to detail and a deep understanding of the real estate market in Cape Town.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inspections of properties to assess conditions and structural quality.
• Document findings and generate accurate and timely appraisal reports.
• Stay informed about property values, market trends, and economic factors affecting real estate.
• Engage with clients to understand their property valuation needs.
• Utilize various appraisal methodologies and tools to provide accurate assessments.
• Network with industry professionals and attend property-related events.
• Support compliance with local, state, and federal appraisal certifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Property Management or Real Estate Certification is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in related appraisal roles
